Those are total bootlegs! The official Where the Wild Things Are film boards look so much better. :)
Cease and Desist letters are nothing new in skateboarding, this is one of the better bootlegs I have seen. Im really surprised none of them are holding a bong.

Those boards came out long before the Girl series and long before the hype over this film. Spike Jonze has been involved in skate companies that built their reputation on rip-off graphics and parodys, so where’s the problem?
